Dr. Kaspar Speckle, MBA graduated at the University of Economics in Vienna and at Columbia University New York. He has a long lasting management experience in retail business and industry. For 18 years he was managing partner of the management center St. Gallen in Switzerland. He was responsible for more than 30 consultants and he was also responsible for the Vienna branch office. Subsequently, Dr. Speckle was member of the board of the PEF University and co-founder of the Experienced Partner Network (EPN). In this position he offers consulting services to top management.

Since 1995 Prof. Christian Stary teaches at the University Linz (JKU). He head of the Institute for Economic Computer Science and Communications Engineering as well as head of the Knowledge Management Center. As computer scientist he is interested in the development of techniques in the area of socio-technical systems. In this respect the disciplines distributed computing, usability engineering, knowledge management and software engineering are integrated. With his team he conducts national and international research projects in organizational learning and education.

Assoc.Prof. Barachini is computer scientist, co-founder of VIST© – Vienna International School of Thought and managing director of BIC-Austria. He has more than 30 years experience in different management positions of different companies, among them Siemens and Alcatel. He works as an consultant in leadership, organization, process management and knowledge management. He contributed more than 50 outstanding publications to these subjects. He is also book author and he lectures at the Technical University of Vienna and different other Universities of Applied Sciences. He is member of the board of ÖGTP and as an IEEE and ICKM member he tries to push Austrian research activities. In the year 2007 he was organizer and chairperson of the ICKM (International Conference on Knowledge Management) in Vienna.

Mr. Gert Beirer’s Qi Gong grand masters name is Genro; chin. Dao Yin Laoshi lives the expertise of a long lasting education in communication, consulting and therapeutic areas. Since 1993 he is active as management trainer, economic adviser and speaker of public schools in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. In his Qi Gong schools he lectures breathing, meditation, NLP, hypnosis, Qi Gong, Taiji Chuan, fighting arts and existence.

Dipl.-Psych. Ingo Bildstein is academic assistant at the chair in International Management held by Prof. Dr. Güldenberg at the University Liechtenstein. He studied psychology at the faculty for mathematics and natural sciences at Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf and at the University Lahr (WHL). He devotes his scientific interests to the research areas motivation of knowledge workers and to quantitative empiricism. In addition he specializes in the application of corporate strategy games in education. Mr. Ingo Bildstein is certified TangoNet® teacher and he has already conducted several clients in psychological and economical issues.

Mag. Dr. Christian Boldrino studied philosophy, sports- and sports management prior to his engagement as the deputy of the board of trustees for traffic security. Subsequently he established and managed the customer service and sales and distribution department of a telecommunication company where he was in leading position for more than 10 years. Currently he is working as an consultant in the areas service and sales management as well as in leadership and change management.

Hans-Jürgen Bort is European human resources director and member of the board. He has substantial experience in strategic management and change management especially where intercultural competency is required. He is successful in developing strategies and his ability to coach, train and conduct managers is world-wide well received. He develops and conducts management audits as well as international M&A and radical change management processes.

Lic. oec. HSG Markus Brönnimann is commercial director of the University St.Gallen. He is responsible for the complete administration, the infrastructure and for finance. Prior to his engagement he was working as an consultant and trainer for leadership, organization and strategy in the German speaking countries. He studied organization in St.Gallen and is a graduated organizer. He is president of the foundation for the advancement of the economy in Appenzell A.Rh.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Güldenberg is holder of the chair for International Management and head of the institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of Liechtenstein. Prior to his engagement he was a representative for business administration and organization at the University Lahr. In parallel he lectured at the Institute for Corporate Leadership at the University of Economics in Vienna and at the Danube University Krems. Research studies at Harvard University and MIT. McKinsey and the “Manager Magazine” awarded him as the CEO of the future in the year 2000. Prof. Dr. Stefan Güldenberg passed his know-how in numerous lectures and trainings in the areas international management, strategy, learning and knowledge management to practitioners.

Dr. Hawamdeh is currently a professor and program coordinator in the school of Library and Information Studies, University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining University of Oklahoma, he founded and directed the first Master of Science in Knowledge Management in Asia at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was the managing director of ITC Information Technology Consultant Ltd, a company with operations in Singapore, New Zealand and San Francisco. He was the founding president of iKMS and the founding chair of the International Conference on Knowledge Management. He is also the editor in chief of the Information and Knowledge Management Society.

Mag.a Monika Herbstrith, managing director of Impuls & Wirkung Herbstrith managing consulting Ltd., deepens her findings between the people subjective view and between the objective world of numbers, data and facts after her studies in Physics. She specialized in customer and service management. This requires an employee and quality oriented view. She supports people aiming at higher standards and yet keeping their joy of life. She profits from fundamental education in statistics, leadership, coaching in competitive sports to the point of nobleness of heart. In this way she detects new perspectives and broadens the horizon. She was awarded “trainer of the year” in 2006 and 2008 by IIR.

Prof. Dr. Franz Hörmann is professor for tax management at the University of Economics in Vienna and lectures in knowledge management and accounting at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He is corresponding member of the senate for IT of the Austrian Chamber of Auditors and investigator of the financial auditor education program. His research in the area of corporate assessment is world-wide known – as a constructive critic he is an acknowledged partner for the economy and society.

Dr. Karl-Heinz Leitner studied Economy and Computer Science. He is academic assistant and principal researcher at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT). He is working in the area of innovation research and conducted several projects for public organizations and companies. Since 10 years he works in the area of knowledge management and he specializes in measurements of intellectual capital. In this field he worked for the Austrian Research Centers and for the Austrian National Bank. Karl-Heinz Leitner was visiting research scholar at the Copenhagen Business School. He is lecturer at the Technical University and at the University for Economics in Vienna and he published books and scientific articles in information management and in measuring intellectual capital.

Siegfried Neubauer is co-founder of VIST© – Vienna International School of Thought and managing director of acm quadrat Ltd. He has a long-standing broad expertise in management consulting as well as in management education as a lecturer. He worked for the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen in the areas strategic management, strategy development, effective leadership and systemic development of organizations for about 6 years. Siegfried Neubauer combines this know-how and his experience with the St. Galler management approach to a holistic management view.

Mag. Stefan Rankl is head of the Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences from the Chamber of Commerce in Vienna. Prior to his engagement he was 6 years working as project manager at the Malik Management Center in St.Gallen responsible for national and international consulting projects in corporate strategy, organization and leadership. His fundamental and exhaustive knowledge is complemented by seminars from Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Montpellier, at the Malik Management Center St.Gallen and the University of Economics in Vienna.

Waltraut Ritter is Research Director of Knowledge Enterprises, which she founded in Hong Kong in 1997, specializing in research and advisory services relating to innovation, knowledge, and intellectual capital. She is also the director of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Capital Centre in Hong Kong.
She has worked in information and knowledge management since 1989, when she served as information management consultant for the United Nations Development Programme in Geneva and New York. Her focus is on the knowledge economy and innovation initiatives for national and international agencies in the public sector, open and intersectional innovation.

Dr. Bernhard Scherzinger, MBA is managing dirctor of Management Results Ltd. After having achieved several patents in plant construction he is working for leading European consulting companies since 2001. He conducts and trains managers of international companies in different branches and he lectures at Universities and Applied Universities strategic management, corporate leadership, process management, investment, project management and leadership.

Mag. Dr. Edith Stary, MBA is head of the multi cultural school Pantzergasse in Vienna. She is trained expert in romance studies and has a long-lasting experience in lecturing. Beneath a leadership education she contributes with the Austrian first MBA program in knowledge management. Her field of activity is determined by advancements in individual learning and participative learning cultures. In international and national projects such as Schlaumäuse, genedering@pantzergasse etc. she sets new benchmarks in order to advance the institutionalized education business.

Dkfm. Dr. Ewald Walterskirchen has experience as an economic researcher for almost 4 decades. Since 1970 he worked at the Institute for Economic Research in Vienna where he was deputy director and coordinator of the research fields macro economy and European economy policy. Additionally he coordinated the international commission for employment questions and lectured at the University of Economy in Vienna and at the Danube University for many years.
